TRS is a GREAT place to work!!  The MT is truly appreciated.  Mentors and supervisors keep in touch and give encouragement, QA delivers feedback with a smile (yes - you can see smiles through e-mail!), and Tech Support helps with problems WITHOUT making you feel computer illiterate.   Every effort is made to help the MT succeed and grow, with many opportunities for Continuing Ed, CMT reimbursement, and growth within the company.  With all this plus the warm sense of family evident at TRS, it is OBVIOUS that the MT is important and thoroughly appreciated!!!

Working at TRS, I am quite often made to feel that I am an important part of the company and that my point of view is taken into consideration.  There is a wonderful support structure built into the framework of the company, all the way from the training and mentoring process at the very beginning to the supervisor's personal involvement in helping set (and achieve) production and education goals, to QA's quick response, to technical support that is sometimes there before you even know you need it, all the way through to help in handling insurance and sick leave concerns.  It's difficult to put into words, but at TRS you often feel a sense of warmth and family that is very much encouraged from the very top of the organization. I feel privileged to be made to feel like a real asset and integral part of the flow of 'things,' and not just a warm body filling a chair.  I may be new to the MT field, and I may be as green as the grass grows, but I am no stranger to experience in the workforce and … I have never once felt anything but the extreme opposite end of the spectrum from each and every individual that I have had the pleasure of being in contact with at TRS!  I am P-R-O-U-D to be a member of such a wonderful group of people that have truly CHANGED my life.  I've never said that before in regard to my place of employment.  (but, who am I?…apparently someone according to TRS!)  You know, I just really hope that what I have said here hits home.  I mean each and every word from the heart.  I really don't know where I would be today without TRS.  Choosing and going after medical transcription was the BEST move I ever made career-wise.  I was rewarded for my efforts with the opportunity to be a part of a TEAM of truly professional, wonderful, and outstanding group of people!
