Do you want a pay check you can count on? TRS offers a stable pay plan with a guaranteed base line rate and four levels of production incentives for exceeding our minimum goals. We also offer differentials for evening, night and weekend shifts. We value your expertise by offering incentives for being RMT or CMT certified. This allows you to truly control your own pay!
