Bob Harvey - President/CEO

Bob Harvey

Bob Harvey is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Industrial Relations and History. Bob has been involved with the dictation and transcription industry since 1982. He worked 17 years with Lanier Worldwide in a variety of roles focusing on product sales in the healthcare arena. As a Lanier district manager, Bob was recognized for several accomplishments: Five times Gold Primus winner, District Manager of the Year, and also led the Greensboro, North Carolina, district to the coveted Quality Award, which recognized the top five Lanier operations in the world. In February 2000, Bob assumed the role of President of TRS after the death of his wife, Mary, who had begun the company. Bob is an active member of the Medical Transcription Industry Association and an outspoken supporter of integrity in billing practices. As an ardent supporter of AAMT, Bob and his TRS team have been very involved in this organization as well by subscribing to many of its business practices and pursuit of quality standards. Bob enjoys spectator sports and other athletics when he finds the time. He lives in Greensboro, North Carolina, with his wife and six children.

Kathy Rockel, CMT, FAAMT -Vice President of TRSi Program Development

Kathy Rockel

Kathy Rockel, CMT, FAAMT, has been in the medical transcription industry for over 25 years in a variety of settings, including hospitals, medical transcription services, and educational institutions. In addition, she owned and operated her own medical transcription service for 10 years in Colorado. Kathy is actively involved in the American Health Data Institute (AHDI), having served 7 years on its board and serving as the 1998 AHDI President. In 2005, she was recognized by AHDI as the "Practitioner of the Year" for her service to the association, profession and the industry. She continues to serve on AHDI committees. She is also the 2006 President of the Carolinas Association for Medical Transcription. In 2005, Kathy authored "Stedman's Guide to the HIPAA Privacy Rule for Medical Transcription."

 

Peter Reilly - Vice President, Sales and Business Development

Peter Reilly

Peter Reilly joined TRS in 2006 as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Peter oversees TRS's growth and market positioning, including the development of strategic partnerships and alliances. A veteran of the healthcare and technology industries, Peter brings more than 20 years of experience in business strategy development, sales and marketing to this role. Most recently, he served as Business Development Manager for BearingPoint's Healthcare Practice, where he was responsible for the company's business development efforts in the Northeast. He has also served in a variety of sales, marketing and business development positions with a number of Internet start-ups and held various sales, sales training and sales management positions at Lanier Worldwide, Inc., where he worked for 11 years. Peter received his bachelor's degree from Boston College.

Scott Bailey - Vice President, Information Technology

Scott Bailey

Scott Bailey joined the TRS Team in 2002, assuming leadership for the technology division of the company. Scott brought to TRS 19 years of working with Lanier Worldwide as a fields system engineer, providing customer service and sales to their customers. Scott received the Council of Excellence award, for top sales of supplies and service contracts, three times during his time with Lanier. He also was a three time "Phase III Finalist," a Lanier service testing award on electronics and product knowledge. In 2003, Scott was awarded with System Administrator of the Year award from Interfix, LLC, for his outstanding knowledge and use of the Interfix application to serve TRS customers. Scott lives in High Point, North Carolina, with his wife and son.

Susan M Lucci, CMT, FAAMT - Director of Transcription Operations

Susan Lucci

 Susan Lucci has been in Health Information Management & Medical Transcription since 1985.  She earned a degree in Business Administration as well as Health Information Management from St. Petersburg College.  Susan's career in medical transcription began in the acute care hospital setting. She worked for 10 years as a Director of Operations and later as Director of QA.  Susan was elected to the Board of Directors for AHDI/AAMT in 2005, serves on the Editorial Content Team, the EHR Council and the Supervisors and Managers special interest group for AHDI/AAMT.  Susan is a frequent writer for the Journal of AAMT, Plexus, Advance and For the Record.  In addition, she is an active member of AHIMA, contributing to 2 research publications for the e-HIM initiative and currently serves as Facilitator of the Communities of Practice for the Medical Transcription Community for AHIMA.  Susan and her husband live in Parker, CO.

Bonnie J. Monico, CMT, FAAMT - Director of Recruitment & Retention

Bonnie Monico

Bonnie Monico has demonstrated her expertise in the Medical transcription industry.  In 1976, while starting her career in transcription Bonnie has worn many hats and all of them well.  Working in transcription, QA, supervisory, and her main love, which is recruitment and retention.  She also has a coding certificate from the College of St. Mary's. Bonnie was the 1996 President of AHDI/AAMT.  She is the current President of the Nebraska State Association of AHDI/AAMT.  In 1998, she was named the AHDI/AAMT Member of the Year.  Bonnie serves on multiple committees within her professional organization, AHDI/AAMT.  Making the world of transcription in every aspect a better place for every MT is "must" for Bonnie.  "Tell it like it is" and you will never have a disappointment. A country music fan, Bonnie and her husband live in Omaha, Nebraska!  Go Huskers!

Jennifer Grigg - Human Resources Manager

Jennifer Grigg

Jennifer Grigg, PHR joined TRS in March 2007 in the capacity of Human Resources Manager.  Jennifer has her bachelors in Management with a concentration in HR from UNC-Charlotte, and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She began her career as a HR Consultant for HRAmerica, Inc., and later became the HR Generalist for U.S. Cotton, LLC, a 100-employee manufacturing facility in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Jennifer and her husband recently moved back "home" to the Winston-Salem, NC area where they are building a house together.
