The company's Employee Vision Team is open to participation by all employees.  The input of the Employee Vision Team assures that the programs and policies which are put into place are suggested and implemented only after a period of scrutinizing by the Team, with an eye toward assuring that the voice of employees is truly heard and taken into account.  As well, the company implements programs and policies as suggested by the Employee Vision Team and this practice pledges that the company's "Welcome Home" message is not just an initial greeting but a way of life.  This also assures that the futures of each employee and, as well, the company itself, are shaped not only by the quality of work put into the hands of clients, but also by thoughtful consideration and vocal input by the company's employees.  The Employee Vision Team gives employees a venue to participate in improvement in company policies, procedures, and benefits packages as well as assuring they have an influential voice.
